Summer is here and there are so many things to do and places to go...like on an African safari...to Hawaii to surf the waves...to bonny Scotland to taste some haggis...or not! We will be trying food and fun from other countries as well as from right here in Canada eh? |

Surfing in Cowtown |
This week we will be taking in a lip smackin' Stampede Breakfast full of fun for any cowpoke! We will also be going to Sylvan Lake to rip down the Kamakaze and slip around the halfpipe! |

Calgary in a "Snap" |
A chance to see Calgary through the lens of a camera! We will be breaking out our inner photographer to get some new views on Princes Island, the Science Centre and then Riley Park with our cameras in tow! |

Sweet Retreat |
Ahhhh...nature. The sun, the breeze gentle in the trees, the campfire at night...the crazy children running mad everywhere??!! Div 2 camping this year...with a Div 1 twist! Dont miss it!

Uma Thurman eat your heart out! Our DROOS drama queens and dons will show how its done as we put together our own acting talents! And as if our own show wasnt enough we will take in the IMAX experience and see how the Pro's at Loose Moose Theatre do it! |

Diggin' the Past |
This week is all about the past...both recent and waaaaay back! We will go to Drumheller to see what we can "dig up" in the Atlas coal mine and have the Reptile Guy bring some smaller dinosaur action right to us! |

Home on the Range |
Big City Kids meet old time traditions as we all head to Heritage Park for rides, culture...and the ice cream shop! Then we will see how lost we can get in the Calgary Corn Maze! |

City Swap |
Yup, this is a big one! We will be going all the way to Edmonton to go to Galaxyland in West Edmonton Mall! Then after we are all worn out we will come back to the centre for our annual Summer Sleepover! |

With school starting early this year we dont have a whole week to play with...but we will make the best of it by going to Lloyds! Then its back to the books..whew! |
