Community members are invited to attend Deer Runs Annual General Meeting. Share your thoughts with the community, get informed, and get involved! All community members attending and wish to participate in voting are required to have community membership. Memberships are available for purchase at the Deer Run Community Centres front desk. Message From DRCA’s President

Hi Everyone,

As we close in on another AGM for the Deer Run Community Association we have a number of board positions coming open or available. To start, if you're able to attend the AGM that would be great, but if any of these positions pique your interest, or if you might have questions about what's involved you can either reach out to us or come to the meeting to find out more.

President - (Kim will stay on if a serving board member isn't wanting the position)

Secretary - (Etienne will stay on if anyone isn't interested)

Vice President - (Mike is stepping into a Director at Large Position - to focus on building improvements) -  Vacant

Ways and Means -  Vacant

Memberships/ Community Liaison Director - Vacant

Sports/Rink Coordinator - Vacant

Social - (Christian will be stepping into Director at Large Position to assist with Xmas social) - Open

Director at Large - always available

Meetings are usually the first Wed of every month, excluding July and Aug (Aug is a random date decided before summer vacation each year) and last 1.5-2 hrs on average.  Would you like to help just with specific events, you can always participate in a committee or volunteer for that event.   

If a quorum isn't met at 7 pm, we wait for 1/2 hr as per our bylaws to continue we really ask that people come out and be a part of your community information and planning. See you Wednesday at 7 pm!
