Friday March 31 - whoever can help pre-prep the bouncers etc

Sat April 1 12:30-4:45pm - THE MAIN EVENT - we feed the volunteers, set-up, run the event and clean up!!!

  • We do need to check with Rob if its the 1st or 2nd - but the 1st is likely the proper date

We need mom’s/dad’s help with

  • making 80 x 3” or bigger cookie kids

    • cooking is one or 2 family’s task

    • buy supplies is another

    • bagging / kitting

  • planning and buying and kitting 2 types of meaning crafts for 80 kids - so 40 of each type. Googling and keeping it simple and pre-plannkng if the centteer has the necessary plates (likely), glue sticks, crayons (you get the idea) ready to go by April 1
