What a night! On Saturday, Oct. 9th four well-informed candidates participated in the Ward 14 Councilor’s Debate in Calgary. These folks obviously care a great deal about their ward and the people who live in it! If you missed it, you can watch the debate on YouTube.

To recap - we solicited questions online from ward 14 residents. Then Joey, the moderator took those questions and organized them into categories. The night had opening and closing statements, Q&A, speed rounds and open debate & discussion between very civilized candidates.

About the Moderator

Our Moderator Joey Oberhoffner did a fantastic job! He took Ward 14 residents, business owners and community association reps questions and organized the night into a professional and well-rounded debate. Joey mentioned he loved doing this and it really shows (its not just is radio announcer voice). Thanks Joey - you made the night a complete success!

About the Tech

We are grateful for the help of the media gurus from Knexions Church. They donated all the equipment and ran it! They even coached the host to get all the YouTube portions running.

As a sign of our appreciation, we have agreed to share their information and pass on an invitation from the church. They meet the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 10:30 AM at the Holiday Inn - Deerfoot Meadows. Click here for more information.

About the Host
